The Advanced Concepts Laboratory maintains extensive electromagnetic characterization capabilities, specializing in the accurate measurement of radar cross section, material properties, and antenna performance. ACL operates state-of-the-art facilities for this purpose, including a compact range and multiple free-space focused-beam systems. ACL has a history of pioneering electromagnetic measurement techniques and supplying the nation’s labs with innovative characterization tools.
